Business Assistant (Front Office)

I assist our patients with scheduling treatment and hygiene appointments, and help them come up with easy to manage financial arrangements. I enjoy working with people, helping them feel comfortable in our office, and creating a friendly and welcoming environment. Our doctors pour a lot of care and compassion into their work. They are skilled and have the knowledge to provide excellent dental care with results that are both functional and beautiful. I am married and we have a son and an adorable Papillion dog. I enjoy time spent with my family and friends, reading, walking, and doing volunteer work.

Business Assistant (Front Office)

I welcome all our patients into the office and assist them with scheduling treatments and appointments, filing insurance, and coordinating financial arrangements.  Working with our family of patients is the best part of my job! I love to help them feel at home in our office. Drs. McFarland and Anderson provide excellent dentistry, and truly care about each individual they meet. I’m married and we have a daughter and a son. I love family time, attending my kid’s activities, being outdoors, running and working out, and staying active.

Dental Hygienist

Bringing over 30 years of wisdom, knowledge, and experience, I help my patients achieve the highest level of oral health possible through cleanings, periodontal treatment, and oral hygiene education. My patients have become like family to me; watching children grow up to be healthy young adults and seeing second generations come to our office is always a pleasure. I also really love working with our team and wonderful doctors. Every person here is committed to making each patient’s visit a positive experience by taking their concerns to heart. At home, I have a son named Galen, a daughter named Zara, and a rescue dog named Apple. I love spending time with my family and friends, as well as hiking, practicing yoga, living a healthy lifestyle, being active in my church, and walking my dog.

Dental Hygienist

I have worked as a dental hygienist, cleaning teeth, taking X-rays, and giving oral hygiene instruction and encouragement, for over 40 years. The past 22 of those have been with this office and our wonderful team here. Working with many of the same patients for so many years has allowed me to create friendships with them, and I look forward to each day at work. I’m proud of the quality of care our doctors provide and the integrity of the practice. Here, our patients always come first. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, and getting together with friends. I’m very excited to be a grandmother to a little red-headed boy and get to see my daughter and her family often.

Certified Dental Assistant

I have 18 years of experience working as a dental assistant and taking care of our back office needs. I enjoy getting to know each patient and giving them the dental education needed to relate the importance of dental care, hygiene, and personal nutrition. My favorite part of my job is the involved cases, the reward I get from really making a difference in someone’s life. Helping a patient feel better from discomfort or boost their confidence with cosmetic dentistry is very fulfilling. I am originally from Long Island NY, so I love the ocean and beach. I try to visit our Arizona lakes or escape to the ocean for my family vacations as much as possible.

Certified Dental Assistant Expanded Functions

I assist Drs. McFarland and Anderson in all aspects of dentistry, including new patient exams, taking X-rays and impressions, and monitoring the lab. I really enjoy getting to know our patients personally, and while I find all aspects of dentistry very interesting, I find great joy in cosmetic dentistry because I get to help transform smiles! Dr. McFarland and Dr. Anderson are very professional and personable. They care about their staff and each one of their patients and it shows from the quality of their work to the fun conversations about family. We work well as a team and we love to laugh! I am happily married to my best friend. We have two daughters and two nephews. I enjoy photography, scrapbooking, hiking, running, self defense, and skydiving! Travel and giving back to the community are also very important to me.
